Luxury real estate office for a global property brand
Tabbarah Muhyiddine led this project through his firm 48 Seven, from concept through FF&E procurement and installation. Barnes needed their Dubai office to look like a luxury brand while working like a brokerage. Reception, meeting rooms, and deal rooms sit alongside open-plan desks and back-office areas in the same 530 square metres. The layout puts client-facing spaces up front and screens the operational side without walling it off.
Materials were selected against Barnes' European reference offices. Natural stone, hardwood, metal finishes — all specified to sample. The reception desk, meeting room furniture, and property display systems were designed and manufactured for this office specifically. Lighting in the display areas was set to gallery standards for marketing photography. Delivered on programme. The office now hosts client meetings and brand events for Barnes' MENA operation.
