Brookfield Place Tower II

The final piece of Brookfield Place

On St Georges Terrace, overlooking Perth's Swan River, Brookfield Place Tower II completes the Brookfield Place precinct. The 16-storey PCA Premium-Grade tower offers column-free floors of roughly 2,100 m² net lettable area over a central core, above five basement levels with tenant parking, bicycle and end-of-trip facilities, and a ground-level conference facility. The podium mediates the public realm, and a new bridge links the precinct to the bus and rail hub. 5-star Green Star and 5-star NABERS.

Reza Rasi was Project Leader at Woods Bagot, taking the tower from schematic design through to construction administration. This work predates tomorrow.
