Prime-grade office tower, Melbourne
A PCA Prime-grade office development on the south side of Bourke Street, on the edge of the Melbourne CBD retail core. The 156-metre tower delivers 61,500 m² of net leasable area over 28 office levels, with flexible side-core floors of 2,150–2,300 m², plus a 3,300 m² retail arcade of F&B, service and health uses. The podium restores the rhythm of Bourke Street and the Hoddle Grid, while the tower's articulated crown makes a distinctive contribution to the Melbourne skyline. 5-star Green Star and 5-star NABERS.
